Come Celebrate the 90th Anniversary of a Woman’s Right to Vote

Join us Sunday, March 7th at 1:00 PM as we gather on the Chico City Council steps (4th and Main Sts.) to witness the mayoral proclamation, declared by Anne Schwab, commemorating both this landmark victory — and the establishment of the League of Women Voters. Jane Dolan will speak.

Then... walk as one to the Chico Women’s Club for refreshments and the award-winning movie Iron Jawed Angels (starring Hilary Swank, Anjelica Huston, Patrick Dempsey & other fine performers). (2:00 PM)

To get in the Spirit you might wear two Suffragist colors — Yellow & White!
